Very good. I only ask about combat because I may have to ask you to go into a battle zone to recover wounded or rescue civilians. I am glad to hear you know how to handle yourself in a fight.
What about injuries? Do you know the basics? How to bandage, how to splint, when not to move someone? We may at some point be faced with the wreckage of buildings and have to try to pull people from the rubble.
Very good. It will be a general part of training, in any case. I'm sure you'll pick up anything you don't already know fairly quickly. It sounds like you'll be a very good match for this unit. I'm glad to have someone with your attitude.
One other question. You aren't currently a member of the Patrol or Policing divisions of the Alliance, are you? I have no notes to that effect, but I just wanted to double check.
[She feels you on the eyeroll, Morgana. Why do men think women can't handle themselves?]
It is dangerous, but I won't presume to think you couldn't handle it.
Anyway, everything looks good. The unit's next meeting is coming up, the day after tomorrow at ten AM. We'll be meeting by the door, but the locations and times will changed from one meeting to the next. I'll keep you updated.
Do you have any questions about the unit or the Alliance in general?
Hm. If you prefer a sword, I think there is a swordsmith near the open market. I don't use a sword myself, so I couldn't speak to the quality of his work, but I can tell you it's in all purpose district 2. There are also any number of weapons shops in Dismas, but the undercity can be dangerous. I wouldn't advise you to go down there alone until you have got a weapon to defend yourself with. Some of the population down there can be a little disreputable.
